In any business, nobody can do it alone. So what you have is you need effective team play. In order to have effective team play, if you can’t communicate, you can be a super genius, but if you’re not able to relate it in a very simple way. So what was the memories of us as children? Stories. Stories give us happy emotions. So if you can become an excellent storyteller, an excellent communicator, right, then you get buy-in in a positive way from your team members towards towards certain goals, and you do a time and time again. You have to be the one showing the movie. And how do you show that? With communication. But that’s why, I feel there’s a compounding effect to being an excellent communicator.
