With 70% of information, you make decisions.
Sometimes a lot of people don’t want to fail.
You know, waiting for all the information.
Many times I would put hard deposits for hundreds of thousands of dollars on a property. I’d see it, and just in my gut, I’d say, you know what, this makes sense.
And I’ll take the risk.
I’ve lost many times. I’ve lost many times. But again, as long as I win more than I lose.
