I’m a huge believer in buying homes.
However, common mistake that I see a lot of people making is they don’t fully budget. What things are gonna cost after you buy the home?
You’ll need money for landscaping. You’ll need money for repairs. You’ll need money for insurance.
It’s not just real estate taxes and the mortgage. There’s also a lot of line items that are gonna cost you.
And before you buy the home, be super calculated. Put pen to paper and write the math down what it’s gonna cost you each, each, versus what you truly can afford.
So again, just be super careful with your expenses.
